The BELS or Bio-Electric Light Stimulator
was developed near Bozeman, Montana in late 1994-1995. The device was
later patented in 1997-1998. The BELS is a variation of Georges
Lakhovsky's Multiple Wave Oscillator. It employs the use of a high
frequency transformer invented by Nikola Tesla called a "Tesla coil".
Tesla's research into
the therapeutic benefits of this type of technology opened the door for
people like Russian electrical engineer, Georges Lakhovsky to develop
the Multiple Wave Oscillator. With Tesla's help, Lakhovsky's MWO worked
to perfection; descriptions of his many experiments are outlined in his
book The Secret of Life, circa 1935.
Lakhovsky surmised that
the more frequencies the Oscillator could produce, the better chance
one would have to resonate with the wide range of frequencies that make
up the body. His research into noble gases led him to use argon in the
concentric rings that were used in the original MWO design. This was
done to a add harmonic richness to the frequencies that the unit
emitted. Royal Rife's and Antoine Priore's use of noble gases were also
key in the development of the BELS.
The Montana group who developed the BELS technology consisted of four
people and one financier from a wide range of professions. The primary
visionary for the device had a degree in mathematics, but by himself
did not have the resources to facilitate the project. For that reason
other people were recruited to fulfill certain tasks. The major design
work was done by an electronics professional with over 20 years
experience. A construction professional executed its design and
assemblage, creating practical assembly procedures, while integrating
new innovations into the device. A medical intuitive rounded out the
group, his role was to evaluate the device from an intuitive
perspective, as well as to channel information needed to progress with
the evolution of the project.
An egalitarian group was
formed to create an atmosphere of unity and oneness. This was agreed
upon with a handshake, which was considered by the group to have a
higher value than any signed documents, because it was a test of each
person's integrity. The goal was to develop a piece of technology that
could cause a positive shift in consciousness.
Through this approach it was felt that all wholeness could be attained.
In essence, any perceived health benefit that this technology
facilitates is really a side effect of the developer's intention.
The first demo units used 3 tubes approximately 18"long
and ¾" diameter, one filled with neon and the other two tubes
with a blend of neon and argon. Although this device had merit, it was
noted that there were a number of holes in the energetic field that the
device generated that needed to be dealt with. After seeing the
positive effects from the use of the noble gases on the human energetic
field it was decided to investigate the possibility of using more types
of gases to correct the deficiencies. The next step was to find a
source of inert gases that could be tested. The most simple and cost
effective solution was to use spectrum analysis tubes. These tubes are
widely used in the research of the various waveforms that gases
generate. Systematically, the gases were evaluated and a cluster of 12
was agreed upon. It was noted that a specific order was required to get
the best results: if the order of the tubes was changed, results
changed accordingly. At this point the device seemed to have very
positive effects on the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual
bodies. Basically it was raising the vibratory rate of all of these
various systems, most notably the chakra system. It was found that
under the influence of the unit, all of the chakras would light up.
When the Bels was turned off, the chakras would continue
to hold their charge for varying periods of time depending on the
individual. This was indeed remarkable and held promise for the future
of the units. It was a very exciting and magical time for the group.
At this point the developers felt that the unit was
ready for evaluation. The units were given or sold at cost to those who
had either medical or intuitive backgrounds. The results were nothing
short of outstanding. The BELS was first displayed publicly at the
Universal Light Expo, in Columbus, Ohio in October, 1995. The device
brought crowds of people who were simply amazed at the sensation the
device generated. The next show was in November, 1995 at the Whole Life
Expo in Las Vegas. Again the devices brought crowds of people who stood
in lines to experience them. A number of well-known individuals gave
the BELS their thumbs up. Most notably, Bob Beck a pioneer in
electro-medical devices. Bob said it was the best thing he had seen in
30 years.
In 1997-98 the next generation of the BELS technology was born as the
SEAD, or Subtle Energy Activation Device. The SEAD uses a completely
different design from top to bottom. Over time, the group discovered
ways to more efficiently transmit this powerful energy, allowing for a
considerably smaller device. The only part of the device that still
retained elements of the BELS design was the carousel. This now
utilizes a large center tube designed for "Chi Activation." The SEAD
can now sit on a coffee table or be easily transported. The SEAD emits
a cleaner and quieter energy field and is considerably more digestible
to the bodies various systems. In 2000 the group developed the SEAD
6000 DC, their most popular device.
Currently there are several different business that are marketing
devices that employ the original BELS design. For those who envisioned
this technology reaching the masses, this is simply a dream come true.
They believe that all of the devices utilizing this technology have
merit and feel that there can be no greater compliment than to have
ones work copied. For them, this is a simple validation of the positive
benefits this technology delivers; they feel it is not for them to
judge how the universe wishes to market this technology. Currently the
group continues to develop and manufacture tools that bring wholeness
to this planet and its people.
